Moon Runners policy

Terms of Service

Last updated August 28, 2026

Eligibility

Moon Runners is for adults 21 or older. Orders may require identity and age verification before payment confirmation or handoff.

Order review

Submitting checkout creates a reviewable order request; it does not guarantee acceptance. Pricing, inventory, serviceability and compliance are revalidated server-side.

Courier model

The customer books and pays a third-party courier separately. Moon Runners controls preparation and verified handoff but does not operate or price third-party transit.

Safe use

Do not visit or attempt to locate private hubs. Fraud, chargebacks, abuse or failed verification may cause cancellation or account restrictions.

Questions? Use the protected order lookup for order-specific support. A public support address will appear here only after the owner configures it.
