Age Verification Policy

Last updated August 28, 2026

21+ only

You must be at least 21 years old to browse with purchase intent, submit an order or receive a handoff.

Verification

A checkbox is not final verification. Moon Runners may request an identity check through a configured verification provider before confirming payment or pickup.

Data minimization

We store only the verification result and provider reference required for operations; raw identity documents should remain with the verification provider.

Failed checks

Orders with failed, expired or mismatched verification cannot progress to ready or handed-off status.

Questions? Use the protected order lookup for order-specific support. A public support address will appear here only after the owner configures it.
