Courier & Handoff Policy

Customer-booked courier
After payment and age verification, the customer books an approved third-party courier and submits its tracking link. Courier fees are never part of the Moon Runners total.
Private locations
Hub locations are operationally private. Pickup instructions are revealed only for an eligible, paid and verified order. Never travel to a hub yourself.
Driver verification
The handoff team compares the expected courier, tracking details and order state before releasing an order. A mismatch can pause or cancel handoff.
Transit
Once the verified handoff is complete, tracking and transit support remain with the third-party courier unless a product or handoff issue is confirmed.
